13. Is the deadfront flush mounted with no gaps or openings?(Required)
14. Are there any double lugged breakers in the main panel?(Required)
15. Does the number of strings coming from the J-box to the inverter match plans?(Required)
16. Are the solar panels mounted per approved plans?(Required)

21. If required by local AHJ, are there two new ground rods installed?(Required)

23. If battery job with a heat detector, is the garage heat detector interconnected with the rest of the house’s smoke detectors?(Required)
24. If LST/DER collar are the neutral and the ground bonded in the fused disco?(Required)
25. If an existing system is on site do we have system number labels installed?(Required)
